Conflict Clarity Coach is a voice-first AI interaction platform that helps individuals navigate and resolve interpersonal conflicts through phone conversations with an AI coach. The Service includes:

• Voice-based coaching sessions via telephone
• Web portal for account management and session review
• Transcripts and summaries of coaching sessions
• Crisis detection and escalation when necessary

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• To collect or track the personal information of others

6. Coaching Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service provides coaching only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice
• The AI coach does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• The Service is not designed to address emergency situations
• You should seek appropriate professional help for any life-threatening or emergency situations
• The accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated guidance may vary

7. Crisis Detection and Response

The Service includes automated detection of potential crisis situations. If a crisis is detected:

• The system may alert our crisis response team
• You may be connected with a human responder
• In severe cases, emergency services may be contacted

You acknowledge that this feature is provided as a precautionary measure and is not guaranteed to detect all crisis situations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Conflict Clarity Coach and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you provide during coaching sessions. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

10. Privacy

11. HIPAA Compliance

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion through the web portal.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Conflict Clarity Coach, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

14. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
